Grains form the basis of healthy eating include : Brown rice , Bulgar , Cracked wheat , Graham flour , Oatmeal , Whole Barley , Cornmeal , Whole rye , Whole oats.Protein will give you the energy you need to burn calories , limit the amount of fat and sugar you have in your diet to lose weight healthy , Taking vitamin supplements , drink at least 8 glasses of water a day .
